It was the second statewide television spot the GOP has placed for Allen since Tuesday, when both parties unveiled new attack ads. But Ed Matricardi, executive director of the state GOP, said "we go on the offensive here" in the latest ad. Two held in credit card case Two Bassett residents were arrested Thursday morning and charged with eight counts of credit card fraud and one count of credit card theft, according to a Henry County Sheriff's Office report.
