I want to get better at tech maps and just want to know if there is any skins that make it easier to read

I configured my skin to specifically be easy to read in ways like having bright colors that are faster to notice, easier to distinguish, and make the pixels change color faster than more dim ones. Also a ton of stuff that didn't matter in any solid way but I just liked it or whatever.

It's preference, you won't find a definitive answer, I personally find CRYSTALLIZED or bubbleman's skin quite good, CRYSTALLIZED is all round good and clean skin, bubbleman's skin is good if you like gray slider body, and it has a black cursor trail so it's quite useful to follow streams without being distracting while doing normal jumps

This is pretty much the opposite of how monitors actually work, just so you know. The greater the pixel change, the longer the response time.

Most pro skins have these features. Some good skins are shown below

Bonuses to have on a skin are
> Numbers so you can see stacked notes with hidden
> Transparent circles so you can see stacked notes better
> A spinner that is mostly transparent so you can see notes mixed with spinners
Honestly skins don't make a huge difference to game play so you can choose what is best for you.

That's negligible, especially since humans are better at distinguishing bright colors on dark backgrounds.

It's still false.
Long pixel response times do, however, lead to something else that is noticable - ghosting.
Also, not only does your monitor ghost, your eyes ghost when they are overexposed. Ever see spots from bright lights?

Every skin without 300 sprite, with bright and clearly visible objects is good (healthy human eyes normally recognize bright colors way faster than dark once).
Sliderends is preference.
"Overall, I think people tend to reveal their true selves when they step into an avatar. As I said earlier, they probably feel some sense of freedom. But freedom easily gained quickly turns into a false sense of omnipotence."
